User support for final users regarding requests related to corporate IT systems

Standard activities of installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT assets (HW and SW)

Regular monitoring of IT systems and management of any anomalies

Configuration management and information security within the relevant environments

Basic configuration and first‑level technical support on ICT devices (PCs, Macs, laptops, phones, smartphones, industrial terminals, printers, label printers, etc.)

Basic knowledge of corporate networks and inter‑site connections (networking, routers, switches, Wi‑Fi controllers, access points, VPNs, etc.)

Basic understanding of corporate domains and user configuration (Active Directory, mail servers, backups, network shares, etc.)

Basic understanding of perimeter and endpoint security systems (firewalls, antispam, antivirus, etc.)

Basic understanding of relational database structures (tables, views, keys, constraints, etc.) and SQL language usage (query creation, procedures, etc.)

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office

Ability to interact effectively with people

Willingness and patience in providing support to end users

Ability to work in a team, both with internal colleagues and IT suppliers

High‑school diploma or university degree in IT‑related fields

International certifications are appreciated (such as Cisco, Microsoft, ISACA, PMI, APICS, etc.)

Availability for national and international business trips (non‑continuous and not for long periods)
