Elegance and light merge in Milan’s Torre Velasca.

Inside the Torre Velasca, an iconic post-war monument and a witness to Milan’s architectural evolution, a new interior and lighting design project takes shape—redefining the concept of elegance in workspaces.
Common areas and offices unfold in environments marked by a rigorous balance between architecture, furnishings, and light, where every element is carefully calibrated to generate comfort, functionality, and identity.

A design intervention transforms work environments into contemporary and welcoming spaces, where light and materials interact with architecture to create new experiences of comfort and style.

Technology, color rendering, and lighting control

Visual comfort and light quality

The i-LèD fixtures by Linea Light Group have been customized with special RAL finishes, carefully selected to integrate seamlessly with the materials and color palette of the furnishings. Light is conceived as a discreet yet essential presence: uniform, controlled, and adjustable—capable of shaping the space without overpowering it.

With a color temperature of 3000K and high color rendering, the lighting ensures a warm, natural, and well-balanced perception. Careful glare control and the homogeneous distribution of luminous flux meet the regulatory requirements for workplace environments.

The DALI protocol enables precise management of each lighting fixture, ensuring flexibility, efficiency, and dynamic scenarios tailored to operational needs. This is a project that combines technical precision with aesthetic sensitivity, where light helps shape refined, functional spaces perfectly harmonized with the architecture of Torre Velasca.

Dedicated solutions for executive and operational areas

Tailored lighting for every space

In the main representative spaces, such as meeting rooms and executive offices, the circular pendant lights from the Tour family take center stage. With their essential geometry and continuous diffuser, they offer soft, comfortable illumination, helping to define an atmosphere of prestige and identity.

In the open space and operational areas, the Modus linear system has been installed, designed to combine visual comfort with maximum efficiency. Modules equipped with Batwing optics ensure uniform and controlled lighting across workstations, thanks to a special distribution pattern optimized for visual comfort. The microprismatic diffuser guarantees a UGR value <19, while the indirect upward emission balances natural light and enhances spatial perception.

In strategic points, Modus has been integrated with adjustable spotlight modules, designed to highlight architectural features, bookshelves, and artworks—clear evidence of a project that leaves nothing to chance and carefully considers every detail in relation to architecture and light quality.
